Shipping Policy - the basics

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received and to expect an email with information on further instructions on when the products ordered will be processed and shipped.  Once the order is processed you will receive an email that will confirm the order has been packed and shipped along with a tracking number and link to track your order. 

Shipping Timeline: Normal orders may take anywhere from 4 - 9 days to arrive depending on where you live.  If for any reason you have concerns about your order, please contact the shipping company who is delivering your order and provide the tracking number provided to obtain a status on why your package is delayed.  Please do not contact the seller before speaking with the delivery service provider.

The seller at no time will be held responsible for the loss or miss handling of deliveries.  However, if you receive your package damaged, please take a picture of the damage merchandise immediately and submit it to us via email at csessentialsbydesign@gmail.com we will assess the situation and notify you on how to return the merchandise to us or the manufacturer.  If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.  CS Essentials by Design will not be held responsible for incorrect information given by customers.
