REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.  We offer a 30 day return on all purchases that are unworn and tags in place.  Any merchandise that was received damaged also has a 30 day return with once option (customer must take an immediate picture of the damaged or defected product and submit immediately to csessentialsbydesign@gmail.com for review.  Customer will receive instructions on what to do next.  Please Note: Customer is responsible for all return shipping unless otherwise noted.

Refunds:  Refunds will be returned after merchandise has been received.  Once received you will be receiving your refund immediately excluding any additional fees associated with restocking and/or sales or discounts.  We will refund you the amount you paid for your items at the time of purchase.

You will receive an email confirming your refund and the amount.  Please Note: normal processing times is usually 3 - 7 business days depending on the institution you use.  If you experience any issues, please contact your bank for further information. csessentials by design will not be held responsible for any issues after your refund has been issued.  please contact your bank for further information.
